RT-135 Butyl Sealant
Our company specializes in the development and production of insulating glass primary sealant (PIB sealant), we are the only one allowing customers to random test all indicators which can be qualified, and beyond the national standard.

The raw material is polyisobutylene for insulating glass.
It is one-part, solvent free. No cracking in a wide temperature range. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It can offer an excellent humidity proof system with elasticity.
1. Appearance: homogeneous black putty.
2. Odor: odorless.
3. Density: 1.06g-1.29g/cm3
4. Suitable Temperature: -40°C+80°C, keep the surface and edges from cracking and sagging.
5. Extruding temperature: about 120~150°C.
Mainly used for primary sealing of insulating glass, glass curtain wall, refrigerator and freezer etc.
