Main use
1. Perfect for assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proofing seals in kitchenware and sanitary installations.
2. Ideal for the assembly and sealing of window and door glasses, providing a reliable barrier against the elements.
3. Essential for joint sealing on glass, marble, aluminum plates, and more, delivering a polished finish.
Instructions of use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the substrate surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.Cut the nozzle and use a glue gun to evenly distribute the sealant, ensuring the joint is fully filled for maximum efficacy.
Use limitations
Please note that RT-678 silicone sealant should be avoided in the following conditions:
a. Avoid areas that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents, and certain uncured or sulfurized rubber surfaces.
b. Not suitable for use in unventilated spaces or on surfaces that come in direct contact with food or water.
c. Application should be avoided when surface temperatures fall below 4 °C or rise above 40 °C.
d. Avoid use on copper or copper alloy materials and painted surfaces that may cause paint to crack or peel.
e. Unsuitable for surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. Not intended for structural assembly purposes.
Before application, please consult the company's technical files and conduct compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials. Our warranty covers only the product price or replacement, excluding joint liability.
Safety
1. Volatile compounds may be released before or during curing. To avoid health risks, ensure proper ventilation in the work area to prevent inhalation of high concentrations.
2. Uncured silicone should not come into prolonged contact with skin, and if it enters the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is safe and does not emit harmful substances, posing no risk to the skin.
4. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Keep the curing silicone out of children's reach to ensure their safety.
Storage period
Store in a dry environment below 27°C. The product remains effective for 12 months from the production date.
