Main Use
1.Perfect for assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proofing seals in kitchen and sanitary ware applications.
2.Ideal for the assembly and sealing of window and door glass installations.
3.Essential for sealing joints in glass, marble, aluminum plates, and more.
Instructions of Use
1.Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the substrate's surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.Carefully cut the nozzle, apply with a glue gun, and balance the adhesive to fill the joint completely on both sides.
Use Limitations
Avoid using RT-678 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
a. On surfaces that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents, including uncured or sulfurized rubber.
b. In unventilated spaces or on surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
c. When surface temperatures fall below 4 °C or rise above 40 °C.
d. On copper or copper alloy materials and painted surfaces, to prevent paint cracking or stripping.
e. On lime powder, concrete, or sand grain surfaces.
f. Not suitable for structural assembly purposes.
Please consult our technical files before application. Conduct compatibleness and bonding tests with construction materials beforehand. Our warranty is confined to product replacement or its price, excluding further liabilities.
Safety
1.Volatile compounds emitted during curing can harm if inhaled in high concentrations over time. Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
2. Direct, prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone is unhealthy. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice if necessary.
3. Cured silicone sealant is non-toxic and skin-safe.
4. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Keep cured silicone and sealant out of children's reach to ensure safety.
Storage Period
Store in a dry environment below 27 °C. The product boasts a 12-month shelf life from the date of production.
