Main Use
1. Ideal for assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-resistant sealing of kitchenware and sanitary ware.
2. Perfect for the assembly and sealing of window and door glass panels.
3. Suitable for joint sealing of glass, marble, aluminum plates, and more.
Instructions of Use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the surface of the substrate.
2.Cut the nozzle, apply pressure with a glue gun, and evenly distribute the glue to fill the joint completely.
Use Limitations
RT-678 silicone sealant is not suitable for the following conditions:
a. Surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, solvents, or certain uncured or sulfurized rubbers.
b. Unventilated spaces or surfaces that come into direct contact with food or water.
c. When surface temperatures fall below 4°C or exceed 40°C.
d. On materials containing copper, copper alloys, or painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
e. Surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. Not recommended for structural assembly purposes.
It is crucial to consult the company's technical files before application. Conduct compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials prior. Our warranty covers only the price amount or product replacement, without joint and several liabilities.
Safety
1. Volatile compounds are released during and before curing. To avoid health risks, ensure proper ventilation in the workspace.
2. Direct skin contact with uncured silicone should be avoided. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is safe and non-hazardous to skin.
4. In case of ingestion, seek medical treatment promptly.
5. Keep away from children. Store the product out of children's reach.
Storage Period
Store in a dry environment below 27°C, with a shelf life of 12 months from production date.
