Main use

Instructions of use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the substrate surfaces for optimal adhesion and performance.
2.Cut the nozzle and carefully use a glue gun to apply the sealant, ensuring even distribution to fill the joint completely.
Use limitations
RT-678 Silicone Sealant should not be used in the following scenarios:
a. Avoid areas that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents, and certain uncured or sulfurized rubber applications.
b. Do not apply in unventilated spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or water.
c. Avoid using on surfaces where the temperature is below 4 °C or exceeds 40 °C.
d. Refrain from using on materials containing copper or copper alloys, as well as painted surfaces which might lead to paint cracking or peeling.
e. Not suitable for surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. Not intended for structural assembly purposes.
Before application, consult our technical files. Conduct compatibleness and bonding tests on construction materials. Our warranty is limited to the product's price or replacement, excluding joint and several liability.
Safety
1. Before the silicone cures or during curing, volatile compounds are released. Prolonged inhalation of high concentrations may be harmful. Ensure good ventilation in the workplace.
2. Uncured silicone is harmful upon prolonged skin contact; if it enters the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is safe and does not emit harmful substances, posing no risk to the skin.
4. In case of ingestion, seek medical treatment immediately. Prevent children from accessing the curing silicone.
5. Store out of children's reach to ensure their safety.
Storage period
Maintain a dry environment with temperatures below 27 °C. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date.
