Main use
1. Ideal for the assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proofing of kitchenware and sanitary ware.
2. Perfectly suited for the assembly and sealing of window and door glasses.
3. Optimal for joint sealing applications involving glass, marble, and aluminum plates.
Instructions of use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the substrate surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.Proceed by cutting the nozzle and using a glue gun to evenly apply the sealant, ensuring complete joint coverage.
Use limitations
RT-678 silicone sealant is not recommended for use under these conditions:
a. Avoid applying to surfaces that release oils, plasticizers, solvents, uncured, or sulfurized rubber.
b. Not suitable for unventilated spaces or surfaces that may contact food or water directly.
c. Unsuitable for application when the surface temperature is below 4°C or exceeds 40°C.
d. Do not use on copper-containing materials, copper alloys, or painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
e. Avoid use on surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. Not designed for structural assembly purposes.
Before application, consult the company's technical files. Conduct compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials. Our warranty covers only the product price or replacement, without joint liability.
Safety
1. During curing, volatile compounds are released. Prolonged exposure to high concentrations may be harmful, so ensure proper ventilation.
2. Prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone is harmful. If it enters eyes, rinse immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
3. Cured sealant is safe and does not emit harmful substances.
4. If ingested, seek immediate medical care.
5. Keep out of reach of children. Do not allow children to handle curing sealant.
Storage period
Store in a dry, cool place below 27°C. Valid for 12 months from the production date.
