Main use
1. Ideal for assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proofing seals in kitchen and sanitary ware environments.
2. Perfect for the assembly and sealing of windows and door glass installations.
3. Versatile enough for joint sealing in glass, marble, and aluminum plate applications.
Instructions of use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the surface of the substrate.
2.Carefully cut the nozzle and use a glue gun to evenly apply the adhesive, ensuring full joint coverage.
Use limitations
RT-678 silicone sealant is not recommended under the following conditions:
a. Avoid use on surfaces that emit oils, plasticizers, solvents, or on uncured or sulfurized rubber.
b. Do not apply in unventilated spaces or on surfaces with direct food or water contact.
c. Refrain from using when surface temperatures are below 4 °C or exceed 40 °C.
d. Not suitable for copper, copper alloy, or painted surfaces prone to cracking or peeling.
e. Incompatible with surfaces containing lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. Not designed for structural assembly purposes.
Always consult the company's technical documentation before use. Conduct compatibility and bonding tests with construction materials prior to application. Our warranty covers the product price or replacement, excluding joint liability.
Safety
1. Volatile compounds released during curing can be harmful if inhaled in high concentrations over time. Ensure proper ventilation in the work area.
2. Avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone. If it contacts eyes, rinse with water immediately and consult a doctor if necessary.
3. Cured silicone sealant is safe and non-harmful to the skin.
4. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Ensure children do not come into contact with the curing silicone and keep the sealant out of their reach.
Storage period
Store in a dry place below 27 °C. The product maintains its quality for 12 months from the production date.
