Features

Main Use
1. Ideal for assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proof sealing in kitchenware and sanitary ware.
2. Perfect for the assembly and sealing of window and door glass.
3. Exceptional for joint sealing in glass, marble, aluminum plates, and more.
Instructions of Use
1. Begin by ensuring the substrate surface is cleaned and dried thoroughly.
2.Precisely cut the nozzle and apply using a glue gun, balancing the adhesive on both sides to ensure a full joint fill.
Use Limitations
RT-678 silicone sealant should be avoided under the following conditions:
a. On surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents, and certain uncured or sulfurized rubbers.
b. In unventilated spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or water.
c. When surface temperatures are below 4 °C or exceed 40 °C.
d. On copper, copper alloys, or painted surfaces that may lead to paint cracking or peeling.
e. On surfaces covered with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains.
f. For structural assembly purposes.
Review the technical documents before use. Conduct both compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials prior to application. Our warranty covers only the product price or replacement, excluding any joint liability.
Safety
1. The uncured silicone may release volatile compounds that are harmful if inhaled over extended periods. Ensure the workplace remains well-ventilated.
2. Avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone and rinse immediately with water if it enters the eyes, seeking medical advice if needed.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is non-hazardous and safe for skin contact.
4. In the event of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
5. Keep out of reach of children, especially during the curing process, and do not store sealant within their reach.
Storage Period
Store in a dry place below 27 °C. The product is best used within 12 months from the production date.
