Main use
1. Perfect for the assembly, waterproofing, and mildew-proof sealing of kitchenware and sanitary ware.
2. Ideal for the precise assembly and sealing of window and door glasses.
3. Expertly designed for joint sealing applications with glass, marble, aluminum plates, and more.
Instructions of use
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning and drying the substrate's surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2.Cut the nozzle, apply pressure using a glue gun, and evenly distribute the sealant to fill the joint completely.
Use limitations
Avoid applying RT-678 silicone sealant under these specific conditions:
a. Surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, solvents, or contain uncured or sulfurized rubber.
b. Enclosed spaces or surfaces that have direct contact with food or water.
c. When ambient temperatures fall below 4°C or exceed 40°C.
d. On materials containing copper, copper alloys, or painted surfaces prone to cracking or peeling.
e. Surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grain textures.
f. Not suitable for structural assembly purposes.
Refer to technical documents before application. Conduct compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials prior to use. Our sole warranty is limited to the purchase price or product replacement, excluding joint and several liabilities.
Safety
1. Volatile compounds may be released before or during the curing of silicone. Prolonged inhalation of these compounds can affect health. Ensure workplace ventilation to maintain air quality.
2. Avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is non-toxic and safe for skin contact.
4. If ingested, seek immediate medical advice.
5. Keep out of children's reach to prevent contact with uncured silicone.
Storage period
Store in a dry place at temperatures below 27°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
