Use Limitations
To maintain optimal performance, avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under these conditions:
Not designed for structural applications, this sealant is tailored for specific uses, ensuring both safety and effectiveness in its intended role.
Refrain from using on surfaces that are known to bleed oil, plasticizers, solvents, or contain uncured/sulfurized rubber, as these can compromise the sealant's integrity.
Avoid applying in unventilated areas or on surfaces in contact with food or water to ensure safety and compliance.
Do not apply on surfaces with temperatures below 4ºC or above 45ºC, as these conditions can adversely affect curing and overall performance.
Not suitable for prolonged water immersion environments, areas with persistent moisture, or frosty and wet surfaces. Preserve the sealant's quality by avoiding such conditions.
Avoid application on materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or peeling. Choose compatible surfaces to ensure stability and adherence.
