Use Limitations
Avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions to ensure optimal performance:
Not suitable for structural applications where high stress or load-bearing is a factor.
Avoid usage on surfaces known for oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber, as these can compromise the seal.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or surfaces in direct contact with food or water, to maintain safety and compliance.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where the temperature is below 4ºC or above 45ºC, to prevent any adverse effects on curing.
Not appropriate for prolonged water immersion, environments with persistent moisture, or frosty and wet surfaces, to ensure the longevity of the seal.
Avoid use with materials that contain copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping, as this may affect integrity.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces, to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
Before applying, please consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance and prevent any issues.
Processing
