Main use

Instructions of use
1. Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably clean and dry to maximize adhesive effectiveness.
2.Skillfully cut the nozzle, then use a glue gun to evenly distribute, ensuring the joint is fully filled for optimal bonding.
Use limitations
The RT-678 silicone sealant should be used with caution under the following conditions:
a. Avoid application on surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, solvents, and certain uncured or sulfurized rubbers.
b. Not suitable for unventilated spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
c. Steer clear of surfaces with temperatures below 4 °C or above 40 °C to avoid compromised curing.
d. Refrain from use on copper, copper alloys, and painted surfaces to prevent possible paint damage.
e. Surfaces with lime powder, concrete, or sand grains are unsuitable for application.
f. Not recommended for structural assembly purposes.
Consult the company's technical files before application. Perform compatibleness and bonding tests. Our warranty covers price or product replacement without joint liability.
Safety
1. Be cautious of volatile compounds released during curing. Ensure proper ventilation to maintain a healthy work environment.
2. Avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured silicone. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice if necessary.
3. Once cured, the silicone sealant is harmless and safe for skin contact.
4. If ingested, seek immediate medical assistance to ensure safety.
5. Keep out of children's reach to prevent accidental exposure or ingestion.
Storage period
Store in a dry place below 27 °C. The sealant remains optimal for use within 12 months from the production date.
