Use Limitations
For optimal performance, avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not suitable for structural applications where high strength is required.
Avoid usage on surfaces known for oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber to maintain product integrity.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or surfaces in direct contact with food or water, ensuring safety.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where the temperature is below 4ºC or above 45ºC to ensure optimal curing.
Not appropriate for prolonged water immersion, environments with persistent moisture, or frosty and wet surfaces, securing the sealant's longevity.
Avoid use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping, ensuring quality.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces that may compromise the product's effectiveness.
Before using, please consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance and satisfaction.
Processing
