Use Limitations
Please avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not designed for structural applications.
Refrain from using on surfaces prone to oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Inadvisable for unventilated areas or surfaces that come in direct contact with food or water.
Do not apply on surfaces where the temperature is under 4ºC or surpasses 45ºC.
Unsuitable for prolonged water immersion, areas with continuous moisture, and frosty or wet surfaces.
Avoid using with copper or copper alloy materials or on painted surfaces that may crack or strip.
Refrain from use on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Prior to use, consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to guarantee optimal performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is immaculate, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants prior to application.
With a caulking gun, apply the sealant smoothly over the intended area, trimming before full cure to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic elegance. Refrain from touching trimmed sections to uphold its pristine allure.
