Use Limitations
To ensure optimal performance, avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following circumstances:
This sealant is not suitable for structural applications. It is meticulously engineered for specific uses, guaranteeing both safety and effectiveness.
Avoid using on surfaces known for oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber, as these conditions can compromise the sealant's integrity and performance.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or on surfaces in direct contact with food or water. To ensure safety and compliance, adhere strictly to these guidelines.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where the temperature is below 4ºC or above 45ºC. Such extreme temperatures can adversely affect the curing process and overall performance.
Not appropriate for conditions involving prolonged water immersion, persistent moisture, or on frosty and wet surfaces. Protect the sealant's quality and longevity by avoiding these environments.
Avoid use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, and on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping. Ensure stability and adherence by selecting compatible surfaces for application.
Do not use on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces. Select the appropriate application environment for achieving optimal results.
