Use Limitations

RT-6500 silicone sealant should not be applied in the following conditions:
-Structural load-bearing applications
-Surfaces that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents (e.g., certain rubbers, PVC)
-Direct contact with food or potable water
-Completely enclosed, unventilated spaces
-Application on copper/copper alloys or painted surfaces (risk of corrosion/paint damage)
-Substrates with loose contaminants (lime powder, uncured concrete, sand residue).
