Use Limitations
Please avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant in the following situations:
Not designed for structural applications.
Do not use on surfaces prone to oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Unsuitable for unventilated spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
Avoid applying on surfaces where temperatures are below 4ºC or exceed 45ºC.
Not fit for prolonged water immersion, persistent moisture environments, or frosty/wet surfaces.
Avoid using with materials containing copper or copper alloys or on painted surfaces susceptible to cracking or peeling.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Before use, please consult the company's technical documentation. Perform essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure optimal performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is immaculate, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants prior to application.
