Use Limitations
Please avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not designed for structural applications.
Refrain from using on surfaces known for oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Unsuitable for unventilated spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
Do not apply on surfaces where the temperature falls below 4ºC or exceeds 45ºC.
Not recommended for prolonged water immersion, environments with persistent moisture, and frosty or wet surfaces.
Avoid use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Prior to use, please consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is impeccably clean, dry, and free from loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants before application.
Using a caulking gun, apply the sealant smoothly over the target area, trimming before full cure to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic allure. Avoid contact with trimmed sections to preserve its pristine appeal.
