Use Limitations
Avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions to ensure its optimal performance:
Unsuitable for structural applications.
Avoid on surfaces known for oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or surfaces that come in direct contact with food or water.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where the temperature is below 4ºC or exceeds 45ºC.
Inappropriate for prolonged water immersion, persistent moisture environments, or frosty and wet surfaces.
Avoid use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Before use, please consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is meticulously clean, dry, and free from any loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants before application to secure optimal adhesion.
