Use Limitations
Please refrain from applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not designed for structural use.
Avoid using on surfaces susceptible to oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Inappropriate for use in unventilated spaces or surfaces with direct contact to food or water.
Refrain from applying on surfaces with temperatures below 4ºC or exceeding 45ºC.
Not suitable for long-term water immersion, persistently moist environments, or surfaces exposed to frost or wet conditions.
Avoid usage on materials containing copper, copper alloys, or painted surfaces prone to cracking or peeling.
Do not use on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Before application, consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct mandatory compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to assure the highest performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is spotless, dry, and devoid of any loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, or other contaminants before application.
With a caulking gun, smoothly apply the sealant to the intended area, ensuring proper trimming before complete curing. Refrain from interacting with the trimmed sections to maintain its structural integrity and aesthetic excellence.
