Use Limitations
Please avoid using RT192 silicone sealant in the following situations:
Not designed for structural applications.
Do not use on surfaces with oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
Avoid application on surfaces where temperatures fall below 4ºC or rise above 45ºC.
Not suitable for long-term water immersion, environments with persistent moisture, or frosty and wet surfaces.
Do not use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or peeling.
Avoid application on lime powder, concrete, or rough sanded surfaces.
Before use, refer to the company's technical documentation. Mandatory compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials are crucial to ensure optimal performance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other impurities before application.
With a caulking gun, apply the sealant smoothly over the designated area. Trim before full cure to maintain structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Avoid contact with trimmed sections to preserve its pristine appearance.
