Use Limitations
To ensure optimal performance, avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not suitable for structural applications.
Avoid using on surfaces prone to oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or surfaces in direct contact with food or water.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where temperatures fall below 4ºC or exceed 45ºC.
Not appropriate for extended water immersion, environments with persistent moisture, or frosty and wet surfaces.
Avoid use with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Before use, please consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct essential compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Processing
