Use Limitations
To ensure optimal performance of RT192 silicone sealant, avoid application under the following conditions:
RT192 is not suitable for structural applications. It is precisely engineered for specific non-structural uses, ensuring safety and optimal effectiveness.
Avoid usage on surfaces that exhibit oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber, as these conditions can compromise the sealant's integrity.
This sealant is not recommended for use in unventilated areas or on surfaces with direct contact with food or water, ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines.
Do not apply the sealant on surfaces where the temperature is below 4ºC or exceeds 45ºC, as such temperature extremes can adversely affect curing and performance.
Avoid using this sealant in areas subjected to prolonged water immersion, persistent moisture, or on surfaces that are frosty and wet to protect its quality and lifespan.
Refrain from using it with materials containing copper or copper alloys, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping, to ensure stability and adherence.
This sealant should not be used on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces. Select the right environment to achieve optimal results and performance.
