Use Limitations
It is important to avoid applying RT192 silicone sealant under the following conditions:
Not recommended for structural use due to specific limitations.
Refrain from use on surfaces prone to oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber.
Inappropriate for unventilated areas or surfaces that have direct contact with food or water.
Avoid application on surfaces with temperatures below 4ºC or surpassing 45ºC.
Not suitable for environments with long-term water immersion, persistent moisture, or frost and wet surfaces.
Avoid contact with materials containing copper or copper alloys or painted surfaces that may crack or strip.
It is advisable to avoid use on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces.
Prior to use, consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct mandatory compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials for optimal performance assurance.
Processing
Ensure the substrate is pristine, dry, and free from loose particles, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and other contaminants before application.
