Use Limitations
To ensure optimum performance, avoid using RT192 silicone sealant under these specific conditions:
Unsuitable for structural applications due to its specialized formulation.
Avoid usage on surfaces with oil, plasticizer, solvent bleeding, or uncured/sulfurized rubber for best results.
Not recommended for unventilated areas or where there is direct food or water contact.
Refrain from applying on surfaces where temperatures dip below 4ºC or rise above 45ºC.
Not appropriate for prolonged immersion in water, persistently moist environments, or frosty and wet surfaces.
Avoid use with copper or copper alloy materials, or on painted surfaces prone to cracking or stripping.
Refrain from using on lime powder, concrete, or sanded surfaces for optimal application.
Prior to use, consult the company's technical documentation. Conduct necessary compatibility and bonding tests on construction materials to ensure peak performance.
Processing
